Ok so after being exposed to the scenarios, again for a good few of you asking for some more feedback to pass on If in each section you can give a brief one sentence description of the type of list you feel you were playing would be appreaciated. (eg: played Evayl tier4, played an elylyth assassination centred list, played an attrition list, a control caster looking for the scenario win etc) Your first scenario was Entrenched, the one with two rectangular zones. Second scenario was Line Breaker, two flags one objective each side score only on opponents flags. Final scenario was The Pit, round zone in the middle and two flags. Questions for each are, feel free to do it in sections to make it easier 1.) Is the scenario live (aka is it a valid victory condition)? 2.) Is the scenario too easy to win via CPs? 3.) Some scenarios are purposely designed to require armies to spread out and advance upon / defend scenario elements in ways they are not typically used to (ex: See Entrenched and Line Breaker). How did players approach these scenarios? 4.) Are there any exploits or is there room for abuse in these scenarios? 5.) Did the players have fun with the scenario?

Hi Alec,
Disclaimer, I'm not the most tactically minded of players and I was running one of the game's premier assassination casters so...didn't spend too much time on the scenarios! I'd say all three feel viable and they feel more strategic than the existing scenarios.
Scenario 1) I liked Entrenched, this is the first scenario where I've felt it's not just 'run to the middle' to score points. Both myself and Helmi easily controlled our own zones at the start. His Fenblades were able to push past and secure the zone while on my side the Gun Mages weren't able to prevent two cavalry (Longriders? Is that what they're called?) getting in, contesting and smashing my own objective. Helmi won on scenario points (well, I conceded before his turn as he was going to win on points and I couldn't clear him off the zones) but I think that was more down to his tough infantry and my inability to roll good dice than an overly simple scenario.
Scenario 2) Pointless. But only beacuse of how myself and Jan played it and, to a degree the lists we had. With hindsight, I could have been scoring scenario points instead of getting irrationally angry at an entire army having stealth! Would probably be particularly hard against double Colossal lists as the friendly flags are easy to camp on. Obviously there's scope to score some easy points using Ambushers (Anastasia would suddenly be in my ADR), but that would obviously be weighed against your opponent knowing you had that particular trick up your sleeve and planning for it.
Scenario 3) Really liked this one. I made the tactical decision to ignore my own flag because I 'knew' where Thyron was going to end up and I could therefore go for the scenario. It was nice to actually make that decision early on, knowing I would concede one scenario point before I could get someone up to contest the flag but then the pit would be full of Boomies, Forgeguard and Risen (and if those get cleared out, a scenario point is the least of my problems!) and Caine was angling in for the kill.
