Looks great, really glad HK droids have made it into the current era. They're an old favourite of mine from the Old Republic games.

FFG have now put up a preview for Princess Leia . I don't think the command cards are up to much in Skirmish, but her special rules look very useful in both campaign and skirmish. I'd imagine that you'd want her to be one of the Rebel's first activations each turn to get the most out of her. In other news, the Hoth expansions are 'on the boat' - which should mean they land within the next 6-8 weeks... |

I think they all bring some new elements to the game, the close quarters brawler looks like a challenging character to get the most out of (and not die at the same time)

Next up, FFG have put up the previews for the Echo Base Troopers. They look a lot tougher, mobile and have more damage potential than normal rebel troopers. I also think the hit and run command card that comes with them is also very useful - I'd consider putting it in any skirmish command deck. As an aside, I'd love a Hoth Scenario which is loads of the Echo Base Troopers vs. AT-STs. |
